Occupational Health & Safety Online Training Courses:

These online safety training courses provide high quality training without the higher costs and loss of productivity associated with in-person training. The courses are presented in a dynamic, interactive style which maximizes engagement while increasing comprehension and retention.

 

 

Note: The following courses require a hands-on practical evaluation as part of the training: aerial lift, fall protection and lift truck/forklift training. To complete this part of the training you will need to be evaluated by a certified trainer in your company, or by an independent one.

 

These Online Training Courses meet Provincial and Federal Regulations however, some companies have their own regulations which might not be met by these online training courses. Check with your employer prior to ordering.

The Learning Management System

If you would like to have full control over your company’s online training, issue courses to your staff when required, print your staff’s certificates and monitor each staff member’s progress with each course they take, you may be interested in the Learning Management System (LMS). It is at no extra cost and can save you both time and money.

 

Once you have purchased your courses, you will receive an email with your Username and Password to access your LMS. Upon login in, you will see the courses you purchased listed under the “My Courses” tab.

 

The LMS allows an administrator to assign and un-assign units to trainees. When un-assigning, this option is used in case a trainee perhaps leaves company, you are able to re-obtain that unit (or course). As the trainees take their training courses the Administrator can monitor their progress and test results, including the results of the final examination.

 

After they have passed the final test the administrator is able to print a wallet card or wall certificate for the employee, and one for the personnel file.

 

The LMS remains available to the administrator even after courses have been completed so that expiring training certificates can be monitored. The system is also used by clients to prove due diligence to the regulatory authorities.

 

The LMS is extremely easy to use and clients are typically able to begin training within minutes of purchasing.
